Cooling System Facts:
Fact 1: Antifreeze coolant wears out causing it to lose its protective qualities. When this happens corrosion of the cooling system begins. Rust and scale may build up interrupting the proper flow of coolant. If the cooling system is not serviced this can lead to overheating and expensive repairs.
Fact 2: Regular cooling system maintenance helps prevent engine boil-over in the summer.
Fact 3: Regular cooling system maintenance helps prevent engine freeze up in the winter.
Fact 4: Conventional cooling system service removes only a small portion of the old contaminated coolant. The large amount of old coolant that remains contaminates the new fluid, making the service less effective, and causing new deposits to form more quickly.

1.) Add and circulate Zerex Radiator Super Flush through the cooling system to
thoroughly remove rust, scale, and oily residue.
2.) Attach cooling system service equipment to your vehicle.
3.) Remove the old antifreeze and any contaminants
4.) Refill the system with Zerex antifreeze/coolant.
5.) Fortify the new antifreeze/coolant with Zerex Water Pump Lubricant and Protector to prevent rust and corrosion and to lubricate the water pump. This additive also helps to prevent deposits that can cause boilovers, glogging and overheating.
2.) Attach cooling system service equipment to your vehicle.
3.) Remove the old antifreeze and any contaminants
